I have actively participated as a member on the Board of State Bank of India and served as Vice Chairman of CIRC of ICAI, along with proudly leading as Chairman of the Lucknow Branch of ICAI. I completed an exhilarating certificate course in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection (FAFD, ICAI) and am thrilled to lead the New Zealand chapter of ICAI!

With over 25 years of dynamic experience collaborating with corporate organizations and esteemed institutions such as authorised channel partners of multinational companies like Suzuki, Honda, Toyota, Hyundai and Mahindra. He is passionately involved with reputable educational institutions, providing mentorship, guidance, and invaluable counseling to students to help them achieve their career and future dreams.
As an accomplished Chartered Accountant and CPA (Australia) with a prestigious leadership certification from ISB (Indian School of Business), he boasts a wealth of experience across a range of dynamic sectors! He has thrived in senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, showcasing his remarkable skills. His professional journey began in the inspiring world of education, where he passionately taught both school and university students, including professional courses. Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, he founded and led his own educational institute for nearly a decade before making an exciting transition into the corporate world!
Dr. Shishir Srivastava is a distinguished educationist, international relations expert, and career counsellor with over 25 years of experience guiding students toward global academic opportunities. As our Associate Partner in India, he plays a vital role in supporting students and families through the initial stages of their international education journey.
Working closely with our New Zealand-based team, Dr. Srivastava provides personalized counselling, helping students identify the right academic pathways aligned with their strengths, interests, and long-term career goals. His in-depth understanding of global education systems and admissions processes enables students to make informed decisions and build strong applications.
His expertise includes university selection, career mapping, and application strategy for institutions across the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. He also mentors students in developing impactful Statements of Purpose, resumes, and overall profiles that enhance their chances of admission. Additionally, he offers guidance on scholarships, financial planning, and early-stage documentation.
In his professional career, he has been associated with leading educational institutions in India, including serving in a senior leadership role at City Montessori School. His experience in international relations and student exchange initiatives further strengthens the global perspective he brings to his work.
